     This open concept design waterfront cottage is the perfect getaway for two (maximum 4) with all the comforts of home:
    TV, pull-out sofa & chair, skylight in loft, oil heat, propane stove, microwave, coffemaker, fridge, clothesline, cooking utensils, kitchen & bathroom towels, fabulous well water and there's also a nearby mountain fed spring!
     This cozy (16x26 approx. 800 sq ft.) cottage sits on a 2 acre lot and is only 40' from Cape Breton's famed Bras d'Or Lake, a salt water inland sea.
     Extras include a 10x16 front patio with lawn furniture and a propane barbecue, beach, firepit, and picnic table.
